2. Why We Collect Information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate concierge services, manage bookings, process payments, communicate with clients, comply with legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, improve our website, and deliver requested travel, hospitality, and lifestyle services.

4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayFast South Africa or other approved payment processors. Passport & Prosecco does not store client card or banking details.

These may include accommodation providers, travel operators, transport providers, event partners, hospitality venues, payment processors, communication providers, hosting providers, email providers, and professional advisors.
