Terms of Service
Last updated: 25/05/2026
Passport & Prosecco (“P&P”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates as a premium lifestyle, travel coordination, and concierge service. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making payment, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Passport & Prosecco provides concierge, planning, coordination, and booking assistance services. We do not operate tours, accommodation, transport services, airlines, venues, events, or travel services directly unless expressly stated in writing.
Passport & Prosecco acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel, hospitality, transportation, lifestyle, and experience providers.
All bookings remain subject to supplier availability and final confirmation.
2. Third-Party Suppliers
Accommodation, transportation, restaurants, venues, events, experiences, and related services are supplied by independent third-party providers. Supplier terms, policies, cancellation rules, availability, pricing, health and safety requirements, and admission conditions may apply.
We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, price changes, or service failures by third-party suppliers.
3. Booking Requests & Confirmation
A booking enquiry, request, quotation, itinerary, proposal, invoice, or payment link does not guarantee availability until Passport & Prosecco has issued written confirmation that the booking has been accepted and confirmed.
Clients are responsible for checking all names, dates, destination details, travel information, package inclusions, exclusions, and special requirements before payment or final confirmation.
4. Payments
Payments made to Passport & Prosecco may include concierge services, planning, coordination, deposits, supplier payments, booking arrangements, and confirmed trip or experience arrangements.
Payments are processed securely through PayFast South Africa or other approved payment processors. Passport & Prosecco does not store client banking or card information.
Prices may be displayed in ZAR or other currencies for reference. Currency fluctuations, supplier pricing changes, payment processor fees, bank charges, or international transaction costs may apply where relevant.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on supplier terms, reservation timing, cancellation notice periods, and the stage at which concierge, planning, coordination, or booking services have commenced.
Concierge, planning, coordination, and service fees charged by Passport & Prosecco are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds relating to accommodation, transportation, activities, events, or other supplier services are governed strictly by the policies of the relevant third-party suppliers.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Events, accommodation availability, transport schedules, supplier pricing, destination rules, and experiences may change due to circumstances outside our control. P&P will make reasonable efforts to coordinate alternatives where possible, but cannot guarantee supplier availability, pricing, refunds, substitutions, or outcomes.
7. Force Majeure
Passport & Prosecco shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, disruptions, losses, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, pandemics, airline disruptions, weather events, natural disasters, political unrest, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, supplier insolvency, transportation interruptions, health emergencies, border closures, visa delays, or other force majeure events.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of passports, visas, travel documentation, vaccinations, medical clearances, travel insurance, destination entry requirements, and compliance with local laws.
We strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance before confirming travel-related bookings.
9. Liability
We are not liable for supplier failures, delays, cancellations, injuries, denied boarding, visa issues, travel disruptions, losses, damages, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Passport & Prosecco’s liability shall be limited to the value of concierge or coordination fees directly paid to us by the client.
10. Website Information
Website content, availability, images, package descriptions, destination information, and indicative pricing are provided for general information and may change without notice. Final details are confirmed during the booking process.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in a client’s jurisdiction.
